Event Date for 2026: September 11-14, 2026

Location: 981 Midlothian Road , Ryerson Township. Also known as Midlothian Castle/ Screaming Heads.

About the Event: Harvest Festival is a 4-day event held annually the first or second weekend after Labour Day and the event has been held since 2007. The festival promotes healthy lifestyle living with art, music and dancing at its core. Performers come from all over the world for the event. 

The organizers work with the local OPP and the Burk's Falls and District Fire Department to ensure proper emergency protocols are in place. The event has an onsite medical team so local resources (if needed) are not generally impacted. Permits are obtained each year from the Township of Ryerson for a Noise By-law exemption as well as a special events permit. 

The event organizers offer 24hr dedicated confidential support for event attendees. 

Community Impact: Each year the festival donates in excess of $10,000 to the Burk's Falls and District Food Bank. The event attracts people from all over the world to the Township of Ryerson and surrounding areas.
